How can we get in contact with you?

How are rates decided?

Rates depend on the service ID selected, the project scope, deliverables, complexity, and timeline. Retainer Agreement R-001 is also available for clients who want priority access and lower service rates across a contract period.

What is the client portal?

The client portal is a dedicated workspace where authenticated clients can track project progress, review updates, view deliverable history, send project messages, share attachments, and use the booking system to schedule meetings.

Do I need an executive-level project for this to be a fit?

No. Miranda Insights can support work ranging from straightforward CSV or XLSX analysis projects to recurring survey cycles, program evaluation, frameworks, and website development.

What industries do you work with?

The strongest public positioning today is education, agencies, nonprofits, and other mission-driven organizations, while the account structure also leaves room for broader industry use.

How long does a project take?

That depends on the service type, the amount of data involved, the reporting depth, and whether the work is recurring. Timelines should be defined during the initial conversation or booking so expectations and milestones are clear from the start.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. R-001 Retainer Agreement is designed for clients who want ongoing support across their data needs, with priority service and lower rates during the contract term.

What tools or outputs do you provide?

Outputs vary by service, but current offerings include data analysis, InsightSurveys-based survey collection and analysis, assessment reports, dashboards, research design, program evaluation, website delivery, and portal-based communication and scheduling.

Is my data secure?

The current platform already uses authenticated accounts, optional two-factor authentication for the portal, and protected contact flows. Public copy should stay at that level unless additional security controls are documented and implemented.

Can we request custom solutions?

Yes. The services, portal structure, and product direction all point toward tailored support rather than a rigid one-size-fits-all package.

How do bookings work?

Bookings can be handled through the client portal. That allows scheduling to stay connected to account access, project context, and ongoing communication with the Miranda Insights team.
